Was easy to make an appointment, receptionist was friendly and nice. Went right in and straight to a room, vet technician was very helpful in informing our vet of everything I needed and wanted regarding my Stella (and there and was alot lol). Our vet was wonderful in answering all my questions and getting my baby the medications that she needed.

I absolutely LOVE My Pet’s Vet! My geriatric chihuahua is on the senior plan ($47/month). I love that they offer yearly plans like this - it’s an easy way to get all of the care my dog needs without having to pay $500+ up front. All of the vets and vet techs have been super friendly and helpful. Every visit I’ve had has been excellent. My most recent visit was just last week. Gizmo, my dog, was very lethargic and wouldn’t eat, drink, or go outside. He is old with a couple of problems - he has bad teeth and heart-worms, which means he can’t get a much needed cleaning until the heart-worms are gone. He had been lethargic for 24 hours, so I called my vet. It was a Tuesday, which is a “surgery” day (every Tuesday and Thursday are surgery days), which means there’s only one vet in those days and they leave around 2pm. They initially told me I could drop him off if I did it right away. I was really worried about him dying because he’s so old. I didn’t want him to die there, without me. Admittedly, I was crying and kind of a mess. They worked with me. They let me and my boyfriend stay with him. We were there for a few hours waiting between tests and whatnot, but we didn’t mind at all. They ran some tests (which were mostly free because of his senior plan). They couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong (likely complications from his teeth or heart-worms), but they gave him an antibiotic shot and a steroid shot. We came home and napped. Afterward, he got up and had a big appetite! Steroids, man! They work. He’s been his old self since. I couldn’t recommend MPV more. They’ve been very kind and helpful.

I'm am so pleased with the service my fur baby and I got. I'm so glad that I went in and got my dog situated. She feels so much better and so do I. I will be a customer for a long while. I've even recommended them to a few friends. The payment plan is amazing, everyone should have it.

On my puppies first visit, the technician and/or the veterinarian was constantly holding, petting, or consoling Paisley. This means a lot to me because I want a veterinarian office that is compassionate towards the animals, not just their doctor. USAA employee discount was an added bonus at the time of checkout. I highly recommend this veterinarian.

Even though I was waiting for a payday, the staff I dealt with helped me get started with my cat's care. Everyone was very friendly and concerned about how my esa cat was doing. He had more testing a few days later and through it all, the staff has been very honest and made the best of what we can afford to do. My girlfriend that went with me the first day, will be switching her pets there as she just moved from out of state after how they were working with me. He's still not in the clear, but he's doing better, thanks to the huebner location.

We are able to have our pet seen in most cases on the same day as requested. Dr. Gonzalez provides information and advises us on various topics that pertain to our pup. He is thoughtful and kind when examining our pet and listens to our concerns. The office staff is also very responsive. We feel confident in having our pet seen there for all of his needs.

Great veterinary services and grooming organization. They are helpful and accommodating. My dog is nervous guy but the vet techs, vets and groomers make him feel at ease. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Before our actual visit I called a few times and the Receptionist was always very helpful n friendly❤️❤️❤️❤️😀😀😀😀😀😀. We took our dog in recently. We did not have to wait long. Everyone was awesome. Our dog was very comfortable. The best part is they diagnosed him quickly. And the treatment works fantastic. Our boy is happy again. He had uncontrollable itching due to flea allergies. If your pet itches terribly, it could be the same thing. Please take them here. They are amazing. Thank y’all so much for the great service for us and our pet❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Have a blessed one😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

My experience at My Pet’s Vet was great the first time as well as the second time. The nurses there are very caring of your pet and very nice and patient with you. Also, unlike a lot of places with the virus going on, you are not allowed to take your child with you at times, but here at My Pet’s Vet, I brought my son with me and they excepted him. That made me feel more and more comfortable at My Pet’s Vet. I have not had any bad experiences here yet, so far I been twice, and hopefully things stay the same. You looking for a vet for your wonderful pet, My Pet’s Vet is the vet to take them too. Take my word, you won’t be disappointed.

We found a tiny kitten all alone and My Pet’s Vet told us to come right over. They were thorough and caring for this little baby. A few days later he developed an abscess on his leg and they fit us in right away. Professional and caring. I recommend them highly.
